List networks and tokens

/api/v2/general/network-and-tokens

Every network TeleSwap supports and every token on it. Each token pairs with BTC; read the directions a token goes from the token and its network:

• BTC → token is open while the token's wrapRoute has status: Active, and token → BTC while its unwrapRoute does. On an intermediary network that is all a route holds; on a crossChain or crossChainDirect network one of its intermediaryChains must be Active too;
• a native coin (isNative) has no route of its own: it goes where the network's wrapped native token (contracts.wrappedNative) goes. Omit the token address when you quote or build a request for it;
• hidden tokens are routed but not meant to be listed.

Build unwraps with the /api/v3 endpoints and use the method and ABI each response returns rather than a fixed one.

The response carries an ETag; send it back in If-None-Match to get 304 when nothing has changed. It replaces GET /api/v1/general/network-and-tokens, which is deprecated.
